The ELM 5-375: A Versatile Tool for Heat Transfer

The ELM 5-375 (also referred to as the ELM-375) is an advanced thermal interface material used in many electronic and electrical applications. This material is a form of insulating material that utilizes LED spacers, standoffs, and epoxy-based adhesives to efficiently transfer heat away from heat-generating components.
