Working Principle

EMC2301-1-ACZL-TR providing the back EMF sensing by means of the VHF (voltage to frequency) integration architecture, where the VCO is driven by an incoming back EMF analog voltage and the integrated phase locked loop track and follow the back EMF signals which is generated within motor and feedback to the controller to figure out the accurate speed.It controls three external NMOS/CMOS switches. The switches can work together to regulate the motor current, either according to the internal preset parameters, or actively controlled by the external microcontroller via the controller interfacing for speed control and torque control. This is due to its robust control and sensing algorithm.
