ESHF-111-01-L-D-TH-LC is a rectangular connector, which belongs to the headers with male pins category, designed for board level applications. It has a 6.5 mm pitch and a 11.7 mm row to row displacement. It is typically used for power and signal transmission in various industrial and consumer electronic products.This connector comes with 1x 11-generational female contact housing and 11-generational male contact pins. The housing is made of a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic material, available in black colour, with a temperature range of -55 °C to +105 °C. The pins are made of brass which is silver plated for increased surface resistance, and can handle up to 500V and 0.5A.The locking system of the connector is composed of two tough steel latches which are designed to protect the connector from becomes unlatched during operation and ensure secure cable connections. The contact system is based on a non-ejection press-and-pull mating system that enables easy connections and disconnections with a simple 90° rotation of the headers. The contact system provides a low contact resistance of ≤20mΩ.Moreover, this connector meets the IEC60999 and UL1977 safety standards, for a high and reliable performance.The working principle of this connector is based on the efficient combination of connectors and sockets. The connectors snap into the socket and lock into place when the headers are rotated 90°. Then, the contact pins create electrical connection between the two components when the latch mechanism is engaged.
