They are used in automotive, commercial vehicle, and railroad vehicle applications.Working Principle ESHF-120-01-L-D-SM-TR are rectangular connectors with guiding pins and a flat mating surface that provide mechanical and electrical connections between two mating components. The header pins are inserted into the mating connector and held in place by the keying on both mating connectors. This ensures correct alignment between the contact pins and the mating connector.The pin configuration consists of four mated contacts in a 120° pin-out ranging from 2 to 16 positions (lower pin count versions may be available). The contacts are also available with metal or plastic insulation. The male pins are available in standard sizes to ensure compatibility with a broad range of header pin counts.
