ESQ-104-44-T-S-LL is a brand of high quality surface mount rectangular header connectors, consist of two parts, a female plug and a male receptacle. The ESQ-104-44-T-S-LL connects two PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), through two module boards electrically and mechanically.The working principle of ESQ-104-44-T-S-LL\'s is that each terminal within the plug and receptacle has metal contact that will create an electrical connection when mated. Moreover, some of the terminals on the receptacle side are also grounded which ensures the PC boards are well shielded from potential EMI interference. Furthermore, when unmated, each terminal within the plug provides a form fit to securely retain the contact in the sealed thermoplastic insulator.When it comes to the connection between the plug and the receptacle, a unique double cantilever corner to corner contact system is used to provide a very high level of contact lifetime durability and reliability.
