EXC-X4CH350Xis a product of the common mode choke division of Enlightning Electric Co. It is designed to reduce common mode electromagnetic interference (EMI) on three-phase line systems.The EXC-X4CH350X can be used in the industrial, automotive, and residential sectors.The core of the EXC-X4CH350X is made of two 0.079" (2 mm) thick silicon steel ferrite. The ferrite is an isolated material to ensure a high breakdown voltage and has superior dielectric and heat-dissipating properties. The ferrite also has excellent anti-corrosion and corrosion resistance.The EXC-X4CH350X\'s core is also designed to provide excellent frequency characteristics. The core has an effective inductance range of 10 to 5000 Hz, which is suitable for a wide range of applications.The coil of EXC-X4CH350X is wound with three high-temperature polyester wirecoils (HWN) with 0.032" (0.8 mm) overall diameter and 6 AWG copper wire with 0.063" (1.6 mm) diameter. The HWN wire is specially designed to reduce common mode interference in both AC and DC applications.The EXC-X4CH350X is designed to provide a continuous and reliable filtering performance. The choke is designed to effectively reduce harmonic distortion and voltage ripple, and to prevent excessive inrush current during motor startup.
