The EZR-LEDK2W-868 is one of the RF Evaluation and Development Kits, Boards that is designed for Radio Frequency applications. It provides a complete modular solution for developers of wireless devices and enables them to design, optimize and debug their own wireless system. The EZR-LEDK2W-868 is based on the R868 wireless FSK & OOK transceivers and integrates the functions of a modular 2.4 GHz transceiver, an LED transmitter, a power amplifier, and an antenna in one package.

EZR-LEDK2W-868 is perfect for low data rate, long battery life applications, such as air conditioning, lighting control, automation control, alarm systems, remote control and smart metering. It supports maximum range and data rate of EZR-LEDK2W-868 goes up to 100 m and 12 kbps, respectively.

The EZR-LEDK2W-868 combines the flexibility of a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and the power efficient performance of the Intel 8-bit Zilog microcontroller. This combines the advantages of both platforms to create a powerful solution for developing wireless devices.
