The integrated PID controller can be used to accurately control the temperature and prevent overshoot and under-temperature processes. This ensures the desired process temperatures are achieved in a timely manner. Additionally, the integrated temperature sensor accurately measures the process temperature and sends a signal for the PID controller to adjust the heating element accordingly.Design and Operation
The FC-SF4BG-H36 accessory consists of a heating element, a flow-through design, and a temperature sensing device. The temperature sensing element is copper-plated, and the thermocouple is adjustable to provide an accurate temperature measurement. The heating element is located on top of the flow tube and is located in close proximity to the temperature sensing element. The heating element is designed to draw power from the supplied 120-volt AC supply.
