FEH-1500 Application Field and Working Principle
The FEH-1500 hydrogen membrane is a kind of hydrogen separator developed by Fuchang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and its main function is to purify the hydrogen in the biogas and improve the utilization efficiency of biogas. This product can absorb and separate hydrogen from the biogas, with the purity of hydrogen up to 99.99%. It has been widely used in biogas air energy storage and fuel cell power generation system.
Application Field:
The application fields of FEH-1500 are mainly composed of two parts. The first type is widely used in biogas air energy storage and fuel cell power generation system and related industries. The second type is mainly applied in chemical, oil and gas industries, including large-scale methanol and chemical plants, which are used to isolate and purify hydrogen. Besides, FEH-1500 can also be used in the hydrogen purifying process and high-purity hydrogen production process in the fields of fuel cell, aerospace, smart grid, and explosives.
Working Principle:
The working principle of FEH-1500 is based on the difference of hydrogen of different purity, and the higher the purity, the better the effect. When the permeated hydrogen is fed into the device, it is first compressed and then fed into the hollow fiber membrane. The hydrogen permeates through the hollow fiber membrane under the pressure, and is finally discharged from the outlet, while the non-permeated impurities are discharged from the leakage port.
The FEH-1500 consists mainly of two modules: the shell module and the separation membrane module. The shell module is mainly composed of inlet and outlet, air filter and air pressure sensor, etc. The separation membrane module consists of a spiral winding shell, an inlet/outlet, a hydrogen permeation separator and a difference pressure sensor.
