Working Principle

FFAM202*2 is a hybrid of copper foil and a viscoelastic material. The copper foil acts as a shield that directs the incoming EMI/RFI away from the device, while the viscoelastic material absorbs the EMI/RFI energy. The copper foil is the conductive surface that provides the shield, while the viscoelastic material is a lossy material that absorbs the energy. It works by converting the incoming EMI/RFI into heat.

When the EMI/RFI signal reaches the viscoelastic material, it starts to dissipate the energy.
