FIT0313 application field and working principle

FIT0313 is a product developed by SAGATECH Automation Industry Co., Ltd. It is a UHF band RFID transponder tag based on ISO/IEC 18000-6C protocol. In terms of its physical characteristics, it is a flat RFID tag without an aerial, with a circular shape. Its dimensions are 18mm in diameter and 2-3mm in thickness, and it is made of a flexible or rigid material.

The FIT0313 is mainly used in the identification of pallets and warehouse shelves of stores and factories. It has seen extensive applications in the logistics industry, and it can be used to track goods in real time.

The working principle of FIT0313 is as follows. It sends data from the RFID reader, which is collected by the FIT0313 tag, through the antenna, which is converted to radio waves and sent to the reader. The reader receives the data and converts it to electrical signals, which are sent to the server for analysis. The server then stores the data in a database and the data can be used for inventory management, inventory tracking, and other logistics operations.

In terms of performance, the FIT0313 has a read rate of up to 2 meters (6 feet). It has a longer read distance when compared with ordinary RFID tags, and it is suitable for applications in large warehouses. It has an operating frequency of 860MHz-960MHz and supports the data transmission speed of up to 512Kbps.

In terms of material, the FIT0313 tag can be made of either flexible or rigid material. The flexible material is waterproof and dustproof, and has a longer service life. The rigid material, on the other hand, is more affordable and more versatile. It can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
