Flow Sensors

The FM-216-AR2 Flow Sensor

The counterbalance arm prevents the turbine from rotating too fast, which could cause it to break. As the fluid flows through the turbine, the rotor rotates. The transducer then measures the rotational speed of the turbine and produces an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate.
