The GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Evaluation Board is a comprehensive analysis tool for the development, testing and evaluation of GHS and SME 5P sensors. This kit comes with three different boards designed for easy connection and interactive programming of the GHS and SME 5P sensors. The three boards included in the kit are: the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P RTU board, the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Analysis board and the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Development board.

The GHS 10-SME KIT 5P RTU board is designed for quick and easy connection and programming of the SME 5P sensor. This board contains two DB-9 ports with evaluation cables for the sensor connections. The board utilizes a 128-byte nonvolatile configuration memory to save the calibration and settings used for programming the sensor. Another DB-9 port is provided on the board for interfacing with a PC, which allows access to the sensor’s output signals via the RTU cable for easy debugging.

The GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Analysis board is used to quickly analyze the data from the SME 5P sensor. This board utilizes the System Analyzer (P2A) software tool that allows the user to quickly and easily view various sensor measurements on an easy to use graphical interface. The differences in the readings taken from various locations on the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Analysis board allow the user to analyze and graph the data in real time and compare it with the last measurement set by the sensor.

The GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Development board is used for creating, testing and evaluating custom firmware or applications for the GHS and SME 5P sensors. This board utilizes the RTU cable from the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P RTU board for programming the sensor. The software tools provided by the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Development board allow the user to easily create, test and evaluate custom applications for the GHS and SME 5P sensors.

In addition to the boards included in the GHS 10-SME KIT 5P Evaluation Board, the kit also includes a wide variety of software and hardware tools designed to help the user quickly and easily test, evaluate, and debug GHS and SME 5P sensors. These tools include the VisualC development environment, support for JTAG development and debugging, hardware emulators, bus analysis tools, and the P2A System Analyzer for easy viewing of sensor measurements. The kit also includes a convenient carrying case for easy storage and transport.
