The H827RBCA is a through hole resistor which belongs to the “power resistor class”, providing a wide range of dynamic and low-noise applications, along with high linearity and minimized thermal drift. It has an aluminum oxide (Al2O3) composition which enables it to have a low external parasitic capacitance.

The design of this resistor incorporates the following features: Its principle of construction is single round element in chip form, where one of the ends is connected to the resistor element that is enclosed in a D-shaped cassette for mechanical stability. Furthermore, its design capacity enables a low temperature coefficient of resistance, which slides into the through-hole with a clamping mechanism and can accept up to 1.5 Amps. The resistor is constructed of a high-performance material so it is able to operate over a wide temperature range from -55 °C to 240 °C.
