HCMS-3967 is a display module of LED dot matrix and cluster, equipped with four 7-segment LED displays and one 9 dot matrix display. It also includes a set of control logic to provide a convenient and easy display applications in various conditions.

The module provides 4 bi-directional LED clusters, which consist of two 4-segment LEDs each. Three red LED clusters for each digit, two digit positions and two digit type bars, make up the majority of the display device. With the correct software and data settings, the two digits can be combined to indicate a two-digit number, 3 digits for a three-digit number and four digits for a four-digit number.

The module also contains a 9 dot matrix display, which consists of 3 rows of 3 pixels each. The 8 red LEDs in this area operate as the large display, allowing users to show complex characters, words, and graphics. Combining the 9-pixel dot matrix display with the 4-segment and 4-bi-directional LED clusters, users have full and flexible control of the display content.

The HCMS-3967 operates at a fixed frequency, allowing a maximum of 60 Hz refresh rate. This allows it to handle multiple inputs and output a smooth and even application of the display content. The circuit\'s low-power consumption of less than 250mW means less overall system power usage.

For example, in interval display mode, the two 4-segment LEDs will show two separate numbers, one after the other. This mode can be used for data transmission between two separate devices.
