HDSP-H107 is a family of popular 0.3 inch 7 segment LED displays featuring bright and reliable total internal reflection segments. It is ideal for use in applications where visual information must be displayed in a very visible form, such as medical devices, process control and instrumentation. The HDSP-H107 can be mounted in either a standard or a panel-mount housing and is available in a wide range of color codings.The HDSP-H107 is a single-row, 7-segment LED display. The display consists of seven individually addressable LED segments and one common anode. The seven LED segments can be arranged in any configuration to suit a variety of applications. The segments are manufactured in a variety of colours, including red, orange, green and blue. The LED segments can be driven directly from a microcontroller or other logic circuit, allowing for simple and reliable control of the display. The LED segments are driven using a standard CMOS logic or TTL drive, and can be multiplexed for improved power efficiency.The principle of operation of the HDSP-H107 is quite simple. Each of the seven LED segments is connected to one of the seven input pins of the display, which is connected to a common anode. The input pins can be driven by an external logic circuit or microcontroller, depending on the application. When a logic high voltage is applied to one of the input pins, current is applied to the LED segment connected to it, and it will light up.
