HDSP-H213 from Hewlett-Packard is an 8-digit, multi-color, seven-segment LED display module. Being a static, continuously lit module, it is commonly used in a variety of applications such as displays in laboratories, radio and TV equipment and industrial control systems, among others. It offers low power consumption, grade 5 accuracy and reliability in a compact, lightweight housing.The HDSP-H213 is designed with a 7-segment, 8-digit LED display, 8 LEDs spread across each digit to provide white, green, yellow and red colors. Its active viewing area is 0.01" x 0.375" (0.25 mm x 9.5 mm). The luminescent intensity of the HDSP-H213 is 0.8 cd/m² minimum and 24 cd/m² maximum. It is intended for continuous illumination, with a life of up to 10,000 hours.The operating temperature of the HDSP-H213 ranges from -20°C (-4°F) to 71°C (159°F) , with relative humidity of 5% to 93%. The module is rated for peak currents of 20mA at 1.5V and 35mA at 5V. It is supplied with a half balance, dual-in-line socket and includes a 500 Hz, 200mV RMS maximum input frequency of 0 to 5KHz.
