The HLE-114-02-L-DV drivers employ an “Ejector” principle to cause the appropriate contact force, as a result of the combined action forces of the drive and the receptacle. This ensures that the contact force is optimally maintained to prevent damage to the connector or the mating parts. The locking system consists of two parts; an Interlock Bushing and a Locking Bolt. The Interlock Bushing is designed to firmly support the assembly while the Locking Bolt is bolted with a Torque wrench into the Interlock Bushing.
The contacts are slotted type designed to ensure stable performance and have high durability, reliable and tight connection. The connector is made up of high temperature resistant materials and also comes with heavy-duty contacts. Since the contact resistance is low and constant, the transmission of signals is error free. It is designed to operate in the environment with an extended temperature range, and assured excellent resistance to vibration and shock.
