The HLE-123-02-L-DV is a Female Socket with Pins/Sockets on a 0.050” grid, high density, Space-Saving Staggered configuration. It has 1.27mm centers and a low profile 2.00mm above board height which can save much space and provide reliable power and signal performance.

The working principle of HLE-123-02-L-DV is that it connects two wires, cables or printed circuit boards with a locking mechanism and contacts them electrically. The contacts are typically made of copper alloy and the backshell is made of plastic or metal. The cable and cord sets are attached by soldering or crimping.

When connected, the backshell provides a shield against EMI (Electromagnetic Interference). It enables good EMI protection and excellent electrical and mechanical reliability.
