The HMC129 is a high-performance, low-noise, monolithic mixer designed specifically for formal applications. This RF mixer is capable of working over the frequency range of DC to 6GHz and handling input powers up to 10dBm.
The HMC129 was designed to meet the stringent requirements of physical layer signals in wireless systems. Working with a 50 Ω impedance at the inputs and outputs, this RF mixer uses an LO Buffer to minimize distortion. The LO Buffer also features low noise and low third order intermodulation (IM3) products, allowing the HMC129 to deliver a smooth, low distortion signal.
