RF Mixers are essential building blocks in a modern communications systems, performing functions such as up- and down-conversion, signal switching and image rejection. The HMC399MS8TR is an active direct conversion mixer that is used in a number of communication systems.

This mixer has a wide range of applications including software defined radio, cellular base stations, satellite and wireless communication.
