HMC447LC3

The HMC447LC3 is part of the Hittite Microwave Corporation\'s family of RF Miscellaneous ICs and Modules. It is comprised of an absorptive SP6T or SP8T switch, SP3T RF ports, isolation filter and a power detector. It has wide range of applications from satellite communications, radiofrequency (RF) imaging systems and cellular base stations.

The HMC447LC3 has a broad operating frequency range of DC to 6 GHz. The switch can be operated in different configurations that include absorptive, reflective, and reflective+absorptive.
