The HTB-54I-R fuseholder is made from a metal body with a screw-on aluminum cover that provides mechanical protection of the system from such elements as dust, water, and mechanical impact. Inside the device there is a tray with slots that can hold up to nine fuses with a maximum span of 32A. Verified locking latches ensure secure closing of the fuse panel cover. The device has a 4-pole terminal block contact that provides easy mounting to wall outlets.

The working principle of the fuseholder is simple. All electrical cables coming from the control panel enter the fuseholder. To ensure the safety of the system, each cable has to be connected with a fuse. There are nine fuses in the block. When any dangerous currents of voltage happen in the system, an overload protection device - the fuse - will blow off, releasing the electrical circuit, thus protecting the system from damages. To continue working the fuseholder has to be reloaded by a new fuse.
