As an electrical current passes through the wire, it creates a temporary magnetic field around it. Synthetically, an inductor converts current into a magnetic field and vice versa. IMC1812EBR47J is a fixed inductor manufactured by Vishay Intertechnology. It is an 1812 size, high current inductor that features high energy storage and long-term reliability.
