1. Describe
The INA139NA/250G4 and INA169 are high-end, unipolar, Current Shunt Monitor. Wide input common mode voltage range, high speed, low quiescent current, and Tiny SOT-23 packages are available in a variety of application. The input common mode and supply voltages are Standalone, 2.7 V to 40 V range INA139 and 2.7 V to 60 V for INA169. stationary The current is only 60 µA, which allows connection supply to either side of the current Measurement shunt with minimal error. The device converts the differential input voltage to current output. This current is converted back to voltage with any external load resistor set Gains from 1 to over 100. Although designed for Current Shunt Measurement, Circuit Invitation Creative Applications of Measurements and Levels transfer. INA139 and INA169 are both 5-pin SOT-23 package. The INA139 device is specified for –40°C to +125°C temperature range, and The INA169 is specified over a temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.

1. Output voltage range
The output of the INA139 is a current, which is converted to a voltage by the load resistance (RL). The output current remains accurate within the compliant voltage range of the output circuit. The shunt voltage as well as the input common mode and supply voltages limit the maximum possible output swing.
2. Bandwidth
The measurement bandwidth is affected by the load resistance (RL) value. The high gain resulting from a high RL value results in a narrower measurement bandwidth (see Typical Characteristics graph). To obtain the widest possible bandwidth, keep capacitive loading on the output to a minimum. Capacitive loading results in reduced bandwidth

3. Device functional mode
For proper operation, the INA139 and INA169 devices must operate within their specified limits. Operating either device outside the specified supply voltage range or the specified common mode range can cause unexpected behavior and is not recommended. Additionally the operation output exceeds its specified limit with Unexpected results can also occur with respect to supply voltage and input common-mode voltage.
