It features a highly stable reference voltage, low noise and low drift over temperature as well as a low operating current.</p> <p>The ISL21009CFB850Z-TK is a 3-pin device that delivers an accurate, low-noise and low-drift reference voltage of 850 mV and is designed specifically for use in high-performance measurement, calibration and control systems. Additionally, an internal resistive divider allows for easy adjustment of the recalibration voltage.</p><p>The ISL21009CFB850Z-TK can be used in a wide range of applications, including precision power supplies, precision current/voltage regulation, temperature-compensated systems, A/D and D/A converters and battery-operated equipment. This flexibility is provided by the device\'s low noise, low drift, low current and wide operating temperature range.</p><p>On the device\'s working principle, the internal precision bandgap reference circuit maintains a constant output voltage level with respect to the ground terminal. The reference voltage output is proportional to the bandgap reference current and is set by an external resistor divider. This resistor divider also provides the control of the calibration voltage. As the operating temperature of the device changes, its temperature-compensated circuit ensures the reference voltage remains accuracy to within ±50 mV over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.</p><p>In conclusion, the ISL21009CFB850Z-TK is an ideal voltage reference device for high-performance systems requiring a low-noise, low-drift, low-current and reliable reference voltage source.
