ISL2415A DC-DC ConvertersThe ISL2415A from Intersil is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with high efficiency and low ripple noise. It is based on a Germanium heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) technology and provides a constant output voltage with adjustable current limiting and adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V.
