The ISL6296EVAL1 is an evaluation and demonstration board and kit specially designed for users to evaluate circuits using the ISL6296 single chip multiple phase buck regulator. The ISL6296EVAL1 is a complete solution for multi-phase controllers in ambient temperatures. The ISL6296EVAL1 is available in a 125-pin 6x6mm QFN package.
