ISL6367CRZ is a High Efficiency Point-of-Load Regulator with PMBus™ Digital Interface. It is designed to provide up to 15A of output current and can be easily configured to deliver output voltages ranging from 0.8V up to 6V. It boasts an impressive 90% peak efficiency and up to 90mV quiescent current (Iq). It also features an adjustable reference voltage, integrated soft-start and over-current protection, zero-length input filter and a dynamic response generator circuit.
