ISL91106IIAZ-TR5654 is a high-efficiency, high-performance DC-DC switching regulator with wide input voltage, up to 25V, and junction temperature range up to 110℃. The device, mainly used in communication, automotive, industrial, and consumer applications, can support multiple output voltages in a single chip and offers low-voltage, low-quiescent current and high current capability.
