The ISL95831AHRTZ-T is an ultra-low quiescent current, low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) designed for space- and power-constrained applications. It is designed to provide up to 1.2A of continuous output current with an input voltage range of 1.1V to 6V. It is an ideal solution for powering ASICs, microcontrollers and other low power devices, as it comes with very low quiescent current and very low dropout voltage. The operating junction temperature range of this device is from –40°C to +85°C.
