The ISL95837HRZ is a special purpose voltage regulator that is built on a core digital power architecture with integrated field-effect transistors (FETs) for power conversion. It is designed to achieve higher current and voltage output than other voltage regulators. The basic operating principle is constant frequency, peak current mode control. This voltage regulator works with a single reference voltage, and utilizes an on-chip temperature compensated current loop to control both the peak current and its regulation accuracy.The ISL95837HRZ has two stages of operation.
