The ISL98665IRTZ is a low noise, high-resolution CMOS voltage regulator designed for precision voltage regulation applications. This device is designed to allow for quick and easy system-level voltage regulation with very power efficient operation for high-end microprocessor and imaging applications, including PCIe, DDR, DIMM, graphic controllers and high-speed serial interconnects. The ISL98665IRTZ features Automatic Dynamic Response (ADR) to maintain precision voltage regulation during light to heavy load transients, as well as Zero Response Time™ for ultra-fast transient response time. It is also provided with a 1.2V reference voltage, external resistive divider, and an adjustable voltage tolerance range.

The ISL98665IRTZ can be used in many different applications. It can be used in low noise, high-resolution voltage regulation applications including ASICs, PLLs and ARM-based SOCs in automotive, industrial, wireless and consumer product applications. It is also very useful for powering high-end graphics controllers, power amplifiers, and serial interconnects in a variety of applications.
