The feedback voltage is obtained from the output voltage terminal and it will be compared with the reference voltage. When the output voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the P-type switcher will be triggered and it will activate the A-type switcher to convert the input voltage to the output voltage. After the output voltage falls to the reference voltage level, the P-type switcher will be disabled automatically and the A-type switcher will stop working. The output over-voltage protection (OVP) is triggered when the output voltage is higher than the OVP setting level. The output short-circuit protection (SCP) is activated when the output voltage is lower than the SCP setting level. The over-temperature protection (OTP) is triggered when the temperature is higher than the OTP setting level.
