The LM4128CMFX-3.0/NOPB is part of a type of voltage reference integrated circuit known as PMIC - Voltage Reference.

In any of these applications, the LM4128CMFX-3.0/NOPB voltage reference can be used to create an extremely accurate reference voltage for use as a master source of voltage, as a source of low-noise reference in A/D converters, and any other application where a quantity of voltage must remain stable from one moment to the next.
The LM4128CMFX-3.0/NOPB provides its reference voltage with a wide range of adjustable accuracy, temperature drift and current consumption. It has adjustable current consumption from 2µA to 25µA, and is adjustable from 1.159V to 5V. The output voltage can be fine-tuned by a small resistor or trimmed by an external clock. As with all voltage references, the output will be dependent on the ambient temperature. The temperature range for the LM4128CMFX-3.0/NOPB is -40°C to 125°C, and the maximum temperature stability of the references is provided by a thermal shutdown circuit built into the reference. Additionally, the LM4128CMFX-3.0/NOPB can provide additional features, such as an adjustable overvoltage shutdown, an active current source, a voltage latch, and an error output.
The LM4128CMFX-3.0/NOPB is an extremely versatile and reliable voltage reference, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, medical, automotive, and communications applications.
