LM4140BCM-2.0/NOPB is a Voltage Reference which belongs to PMIC family. It is a fully integrated low-dropout three-terminal voltage reference with a low 240μA operating current at nominal 2.00V output voltage. It is fully trimmed for drift in the temperature range of −55°C to +125°C and with complete protection against output overload. The low-dropout circuitry and design includes active turn-on and turn-off. This device has an improved temperature coefficient and a zero full-scale temperature drift that make it ideal for applications operating from full power without an active voltage control loop.
Principle of Operation
The LM4140BCM-2.0/NOPB consists of an internally compensated, low dropout voltage reference, which utilizes a current-steering principle to maintain a very low output noise gains and to ensure a low temperature coefficient. The output voltage from the device is set using a precision reference diode and an adjustable trimming resistor.
