LM48100QMHE/NOPB is a dual-channel audio amplifier designed for cellular phones that provides high audio power output of up to 1.2 watts per channel with minimum THD+N. It features low profile, low quiescent current, low distortion, and low noise to suit mobile phone applications. Extremely low hysteresis current, as low as 75mA (=5μA) typ, ensures very low THD+N when the output volume is changed over a wide range of input voltage. The audio power amplifier\'s output power capability includes 1 watt into 16 Ω , 1.2 watts into 8 Ω , and 0.25 watts into 32 Ω loads. The LM48100QMHE/NOPB is offered in a monolithic package with four power terminals, allowing thermal and electrical connection of ground planes for greater efficiency of the heat sink. It is also available in a 10-pin LLP Plastic package and operates over a -40℃ to +85℃ temperature range.
