Working Principle

The LMH0041SQE/NOPB employs a serial-to-parallel conversion process to transmit serial data between two devices. During this process, two sets of input data lanes are operated independently, adding flexibility to its serializer design. The device utilizes a four-pin LVCMOS I/O for the data channels, allowing it to be connected directly to the host processor, a high-speed FPGA, or an ASIC.

The LMH0041SQE/NOPB also supports Reverse Optimized Link Layer Control (ROLLC) protocol to comply with the JEDEC JESD204C standard. The ROLLC bus control interface is used to configure the device’s operating parameters and to trigger data transfers between devices.
