The LT1236CCN8-10#PBF voltage reference, manufactured by Linear Technology Corp., provides adjustable reference voltage of up to 1.183 volts in a small, low-power SOT-23-5 package. This reference is ideal for use in a variety of applications including voltage regulation, DACs, A/D converters, battery management and power management circuits.This device is a high-accuracy precision bandgap reference. The reference voltage is adjustable over a range of 0.544 to 1.183V with an external resistor–capacitor network. It also features a low temperature coefficient of 35ppm/°C (max) and a residual temperature drift of 45ppm/°C (max). Also, the absolute accuracy is 0.4% with respect to the rated reference voltage over the specified temperature range.The LT1236CCN8-10#PBF voltage reference also features a low input bias current that helps reduce noise in the reference circuit and an internal shield that minimizes capacitive coupling and improves stability. The device operates off a wide supply range of 4.5V to 24V. It has a low quiescent current of only 5mA, making it a very efficient solution.The LT1236CCN8-10#PBF is a very efficient, low-power voltage reference perfect for a wide range of applications.
