Its pin-set resistor of 1.2K allows for a smooth programmable output range from 1.0V to 35V. That output range can also be reduced by adding an external diode to reduce the dynamic range to 10V. The device also offers excellent line regulation and load regulation of 3mV and 50mV respectively. When using the LT1460HCS3-3.3#TRMPBF to develop a stable voltage reference, the device should be connected to the DC supply through a pair of resistors to create a voltage divider.
