The LT4320HDD-1#PBF PMIC – OR Controllers, Ideal Diodes integrates power MOSFET gate drivers and integrated gate resistors to achieve a compact, high efficiency power switching solution. The LT4320HDD-1#PBF is optimized for switching applications with constant on-time control, including DC-DC converters, synchronous buck converters and multiplexed power supplies, for power supply up to 100V. The LT4320HDD-1#PBF features internal logic to prevent shoot-through current, adjustable dead-time and implemented bootstrap, as well as an internal voltage regulator that supports either a 5-V or an adjustable external 3.3-V to 6-V supply.
