LT6658BHMSE-5#PBF is a 3-terminal adjustable voltage reference device within the PMIC – Voltage Reference family. It uses a combination of external reference resistors (REF1 and REF2) and a NPN bipolar transistor (Q1) to maintain a precise DC output voltage that is proportional to its current. The voltage references are available in the SOT-23 package, making them ideal for applications that require low-power and small form factor.
The LT6658BHMSE-5#PBF can drive up to 20mA of output current with a guaranteed 10mV initial accuracy and 0.5% accuracy over temperature range. It features a wide input voltage range (1.8V to 18V) and no adjustable reference voltage is needed. The voltage references have been optimized for applications including power supplies, battery-powered systems, A/D and D/A converters and more.
The LT6658BHMSE-5#PBF features a 0.8V to 5.5V output voltage range and wide 0.8V to 16V differential input voltage range.
