The LTC2633HTS8-LI8#TRPBF is a Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) that is used in a broad range of Data Acquisition applications. Specifically, this device is used in communication systems, measurement equipment, industrial automation, automotive applications, energy-related systems, medical instrumentation, and consumer products. The DAC is a circuit element that receives a digital input and produces an analog waveform output that is proportional to the input. The device is programmable through a 4-wire serial interface. The 4-wire serial interface features both a power-saving sleep mode and a power-up reset mode. The device features a low power consumption of 1.1mA at 5V and a maximum power consumption of 1.8mA at 10V. It offers two programmable current outputs (IP and IN) and a programmable voltage reference (RV). The voltage range of the device is configurable through the RV pin. The device is qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) Q100 standard and is suitable for 3V to 3.6V operation. It has a maximum temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is compatible with JEDEC standard 6-lead TSOP-6, 8-lead MSOP-8 and 8-lead MCP-8 packages.
