This reference clock is then multiplied or divided using an integrated PLL multiplier (with programmable feedback divider) to generate the output clock. The PLL multiplies the reference frequency by a factor of up to 32,000 to generate the desired output frequency. The internal clock reference can also be disabled and the device can be used with an external clock reference.

The LTC6930CMS8-7.37#TRPBF also has programmable delay compensation and drift cancellation schemes, which allow for tight jitter performance and excellent accuracy over temperature.
