Working Principle
LTD-2701B uses two lines of character and numeric display and each line can display up to 21 characters. The display method is to connect the red, green and blue LED to form a dot matrix display. Each segment can be lit up and display decimal, positive and negative numbers, letters, Chinese characters and symbols. Automatic display function can be used in serial port connected and the instruction can be controlled directly.
In terms of driving and power supply, LTD-2701B directly drive 16 LEDs at the same time and use chip sets as the power source, so no dedicated driver circuit is needed. Meanwhile, fast parallel port data transmission is available, which is beneficial to simplifiy control process and reduce system cost.
