An internal Boost DC-DC converter takes in a 6V or 12V power supply and converts it into the 30 to 60 volts needed to power the LEDs. Each illumination section, or segment, is controlled through a series of high-speed switching transistors. A 256-step, PWM-controlled, dimming circuit can modify the brightness of each segment to create stunning visuals, perfect for outdoor and indoor applications.
Pre-programmed effects allow the LTD-4608B to create a variety of eye-catching animations when used in an appropriate display application. Special Effects such as Hold Fast, Reverse, Stop and Break Away, Cross Fading, Spotlight, Smoothing and Flashing. These effects allow for one or more of the LED segments to be animated for the desired effect. The combination of vivid colors, detailed displays and programmed effects provide for a truly captivating display.
