LTL-4266N is a super slim discrete lead frame package (LFP) designed for single color, bi-color and tri-color applications. It has become the most attractive choice for indicating purpose, such as alarm lights, indicator lights, status light, signalling components and etc. The device offers the advantages of high density, high brightness, long life, low power consumption and Pb free.

The LTL-4266N is offered with 3 segment of anode lamps that are categorized into single color, bi-color and tri-color models. The single color model features one LED segment and is available in red, yellow and green. The bi-color and tri-color models each feature two and three LED segments respectively.

The LTL-4266N packages are designed using horizontal, vertical and diagonal orientation of the pins for easy assembly and system integration. The device is developed to run with a supply voltage from 3.2 to 6 volts. The available forward voltage range for the single color and two color devices is from 2.1 to 2.4 V. The available forward voltage range for the three color device is from 1.8 to 2.4V. The maximum reverse voltage of the package is 30V.

The device consumes current with a maximum rating of 20mA, and 75mA for the single color, bi-color and tri-color respectively. The maximum luminous intensity ranges from 100mcd to 150mcd, and the working temperature is from -30 to +85 Celsius. The software is available with 512 bytes of instruction memory and up to 64 bytes of data memory.
