The converter can operate up to 100V, with current sensing up to 50A. It also features a wide range of adjustable parameters, such as switching frequency, soft start ramp rate, on-time, and off-time.
The LTM4616IV#PBF uses a quad-cell-MOSFET and Schottky diode architecture, providing a high efficiency boost. The integrated synchronous PWM controller has a maximum efficiency rating of 95%. The converter also features internal compensation, providing an efficient, low noise operation.
