DC DC Converters are an integral part of modern technology due to their ability to efficiently efficiently convert direct current (DC) into low voltage, high current alternating current (AC) for use in a variety of applications. The LTM4662IY is a high performance, precision DC DC Converter that, when paired with its companion IC, enables the design of wide input voltage range DC DC power systems, from 3.6 V to 26.5 V. This IC is an ultra-low quiescent current, synchronous step-down switching regulator, which is capable of providing output currents up to 10 amps with excellent line and load regulation.

The LTM4662IY has two main applications fields: powering Polyphase Motors and Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
