The LTP-2057AC is a special type of display module among LED Dot Matrix and Cluster. This module utilizes cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) technology and employs Indicators for LCD backlight management and high brightness cluster dots for public LEDs. The LTP-2057AC display module is often used in many electronics, especially in certain special or VIP applications.The LTP-2057AC display module utilizes a two-pole display. The two poles are separated by a single line and consist of an anode and a cathode. A single row of LEDs located between the two polar lines forms the cluster and within each cluster there is an anode, a cathode and a fluorescent lamp. The LTP-2057AC module utilizes a highly efficient phosphor-deposited blue fluorescent lamp as a backlight source.The submodule of the LTP-2057AC contains an IC chip, an LED cluster, and a number of input/output devices. The LED cluster is composed of 32 LED segments. By switching LED segments on and off, the luster and direction of the LED light can be manipulated. The IC chip controls the LED\'s drive current, which is adjustable through output trimming.The IC chip also provides low voltage protection, display initialization and other functions. The other output devices are for controlling data transmission and initializing various LEDs. A number of KEY inputs are provided for the display, which can be used to control brightness, dimming, and other functions.The LTP-2057AC display module has a number of advantages over traditional LCD-type displays, such as higher contrast and lower power consumption. It is also capable of displaying very bright colors, even in bright conditions. The advantages of LTP-2057AC compared to LCD-type displays include: much better picture quality; much lower power consumption; and better durability, since it is less affected by heat and humidity changes.On the other hand, the LTP-2057AC also has some drawbacks. Due to the higher power consumption, it is not suitable for low-power applications, and its resolution is limited.
